CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY At Bronzed By Hayy, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to all clients and accommodate scheduling demands, the following policy applies: • Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the service total. • Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service total (full price of the appointment). • Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late will incur a $15 late fee. • Clients arriving excessively late may be required to reschedule and will still be subject to the applicable cancellation fee.
